We have provided installation and operation instructions with online help to assist you to install and manage your own A2Billing Platform. However from time to time you may need some clarification or support. There are a number of options available described below.

Paid Support: Paid support is available from Star2Billing.

Add-Ons: A variety of add-ons are available for A2Billing provided by both us and our community members.

Developer support: Software development and new features can be sponsored. Contact us with your requirements.

Re-Branding & Licensing: A2Billing is released under the AGPL. If you want to white-label or re-brand A2Billing, please contact us.

Hosting: Dedicated hosted servers based in Europe with A2Billing installed with ongoing support provided.

Managed Installations: Stable and secure installations can be performed by us with training and optionally, ongoing support.
