In this submenu you can create a group of outbound CIDs that can be associated to a Rate. When the Rate Engine selects a Rate, the outgoing call will use one of the CIDs of the group. Once you create a CID Group, add numbers to the group. Choose one the Rates and associate the Outbound CID group to the rate.
[CHECK] In previous documentation, there is reference to trunk outgoing CID. I guess it means the provider supplied CID? [CHECK] Outbound CID applies to a Rate and not to a Customer? How we can force a Outbound CID no matter which Rate?
